Warranty
Yocan Wholesale does not directly warranty products. Many items include manufacturer warranty. Warranty on Yocan vaping products administered through YocanUSA. Contact service@yocanusa.com for warranty assistance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a shipment is obviously damaged upon delivery refuse delivery or have delivery person note damage. Customers must notify us of damaged items in a shipment within 24 hours of receipt or order. Please provide documentation (pictures/video) of the damage to wholesale@yocanusa.com.
