Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a shipment is ovbiously damaged upon delivery refuse delivery or have delivery person note damage. Customers must notify us of damaged items in a shipment within 24 hours of receipt or order. Please provide documentation (pictures/video) of the damage to wholesale@yocanusa.com.
